Have paved access.
Previous notice of stairs or other obstacles.
(Homes, Churches, Restaurants, Stores, Concert halls, Funeral parlors, Schools, and more.)
Outdoor Venues Must:
Provide a stable, flat surface.
Overhead coverage
Sidewalk accessibility
NO sand or salt water.
Back-up inclement weather plans.
**There is an extra $50 fee for outdoor venues.

Special Requests will be considered if given at least 1 month notice.

Outdoor Venue: + $50
Mileage Fee: + $0.50 per mile, if outside the TriCounty Area
